North York Moor Railway Post Cards

R A Riddles 2-10-0 No. 3672 Dame Vera Lyne. I don't know who took this photo or where I got it. It looks 1970s, she is at Grosmont awaiting to depart to Pickering. Looks like the platform on the right is not restored, might be a clue to the date

This photo show Lambton Tank 0-6-2 No. 5 at what I think is Goathland. There are no markings of when this picture was taken on the rear and again I do not know who took it

S15 No.841 Green King, seen here at Water Arch, Grosmont to Goathland 13-04-1979. No.841 was used to donate parts to keep S15 No.825 running
BR Class K1 2-6-0 No.2005. built June 1949 as a development of Gresleys K4 Class. Arriving Goathland Station on the North York Moors Railway. As well as being used twice on Royal Trains in the North of England, this engine was used together with the preserved K4 - The Great argues on the last steam train to run on the Scarborough to Whitby and the Whitby to Pickering Railway. - Printed by E T W Dennis and Sons, Scarborough
